Xinxiang Longton Highway Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Huojia Fine Chemical New Materials Industrial Park in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, specializes in the R&D and production of highway chemicals, sales of road construction materials, and the promotion and application of preventive road maintenance technologies. The company's asphalt emulsifier product line covers rapid-setting, medium-setting, and slow-setting types, which are widely used in highway construction and maintenance processes including tack coat, prime coat, chip seal, micro-surfacing, and slurry seal. Products are marketed internationally through social media, the company website, Google, and other channels.

The 68 tons of asphalt emulsifiers in this trading include both medium-setting and slow-setting types, which will be used in combination according to the actual construction requirements of the road project in Congo. The medium-setting CZ3 asphalt emulsifier is primarily used in the production of asphalt emulsion for tack coat, chip seal, and cold applied bitumen applications. The CM1 asphalt emulsifier is mainly used in the production of asphalt emulsion for prime coat and slurry seal applications.
